Why did you start doing hair?
As long as I can remember, the fashion and hair industry has been a passion for me. As a young girl I spent hours looking over high-end fashion magazines reading the detailed articles of how fashion designers and hair stylists worked alongside one another creating such captivating designs that could only be described as art. I then spent 20 years in the fashion industry working as a personal stylist and creating beautiful displays for a major department store when I decided to put my attention toward the artistry of hair design to encompass all aspects of fashion. Being a hairstylist isn’t only about design, it’s also about listening to each client’s needs and wants. I want each of my clients to leave with a smile on their face, a bounce in their step, and having enjoyed some relaxation from being pampered.
When I walked into Salon Blush I knew this was the salon that I wanted to make my home as a stylist. I have found myself blessed to work with such amazingly talented women. We work as a team on a daily basis in a drama-free environment. Salon Blush as a whole is dedicated to each and every client that walks through the door; whether they have been coming for years or just moved into the area and have walked-in looking for a salon to call home. I am happy to call Salon Blush my home as a hairstylist.
